Customers order food and pay for it. Click on the product requested, then click on the customer to serve it. Some items require multiple actions. Counter customers will immediately check out, while table customers take time to eat.
Tip: If you make a mistake and put something on your tray that you don't need, click on it and it will be removed from the tray.
When a customer is waiting to pay you will see an image of bills and coins; the coins represent the tip. The higher the customer happiness--the more hearts a customer has--the greater the tip.

The score for the story levels is measured in one, two, or three stars, depending on the amount of points you earn. You will win the level as long as you earn one star. The challenge levels have a set amount that must be met, without the option of earning more than one star.
Tip: If you can't reach three stars on a level, you can change the difficulty to a lower setting under the main menu and retry the level.
Challenges and Challenge Levels:
Most levels have a challenge to be completed, and, beginning with the third restaurant, there are challenge levels to complete. Challenges don't have to be completed in the regular story levels, but add points if you do complete it. Each challenge completed, whether in a challenge level or story level, earns a diamond.
Tip: Sometimes you can't both complete a challenge and get three stars in a story level. If this happens, you can play the level twice: once to complete the challenge and once to reach three stars.
Menu/Unlocking Items:
The menu is shown before each level. Each product has varieties that you can unlock. Clicking on the item on the menu tab will show you how many need to be sold to unlock the next variety. Once unlocked, you can choose to use the new product. Each product offers different bonuses, which you can read about on the product's page. To see the item options, click on "menu" at the beginning of the level.
You will earn the trophy "Deluxe Blender" for unlocking every item on the menu.
You will earn the trophy "Viola Flowers" for serving every item at least once.
You will earn the trophy "British Tea Kettle" for finishing the final level of each restaurant using the first of each item--in other words, using the items that are the standard and not the upgraded ones.
Mouse
The mouse will appear in every story level. He will make a squeaky sound, and will appear for a few seconds. Clicking on him will give you a bonus 100 points. Unlike in the Delicious games, he does not appear in the same location every time. There are several possible locations for the mouse to appear during each restaurant. I have included a screen shot of all possible locations for each restaurant. You can earn a trophy (Fresh Milk) for finding him in all 60 of the story levels.
Shop:
The shop is accessed at the beginning of each level. Clicking on an item will tell you what bonus it gives, or what it does. Money is earned by earning stars on the story levels. You earn 100 for each star. You will need to earn three stars on at least some of the levels to have enough to buy all the decorations. Buying all decorations will earn the trophy Balsam Flowers.
Tip: You can easily get through the first restaurant without the bonuses from the decorations. Save your decoration money,, and you will be able to buy all the decorations for the second restaurant right at the beginning.
Trophies are earned in the form of decorations for Mary's kitchen cabinet and can be viewed by clicking the trophy icon at the top of the map screen. Click on the item's outline to see the name of the trophy and what needs to be done to earn it. Most will be earned simply by playing through the game; those that need explanation are listed below.
Kitchen Scale: Have three variations of one product on your tray at the same time.
Tip: Do this in level 7, with the three types of paella.
British Tea Kettle: See the menu/unlocking items section.
Chicken Timer: Find the Golden Egg. This is located on level 39.
1: Pick up the three eggs that are in the basket at the start of the level.
2: Click on the chicken; she will lay six eggs.
3: Pick up three more eggs; you should have a tray full of only eggs.
4: The golden egg will appear in the nest.
Carlos' Restaurant
Here are the locations where the mouse will be found during this restaurant, levels 1-10.
Level 1
To make the egg and potato dish, first click the egg, then the potato. It will go into the oven. The oven will ding when it is finished. Don't wait to long to get it out or it will burn.
Customers won't sit at dirty tables. When a customer leaves a table, it will have an exclamation point over it. Click on it for Mary to clean it.
Challenge: Make sure all the customers are happy.
Tip: Serve quickly, and don't make them wait for combos.
Level 2:
To make coffee, click on the coffee cup, and a meter will appear. When the needle is in the green portion of the meter, it will stop. Click on the coffee to pick it up.
To make sangria, first click the fruit, then the drink pitcher.
Challenge: Read the law book.
Tip: Read it in between customers, a little at a time.
Level 3:
Carlos will now clean tables.
To make the empanadas, click on the pastry and it will go into the pan. When sizzles, click on it, then on the chocolate sauce.
Challenge: Pick up the three things Mary dropped.
Tip: Click on the item for Mary to walk to it and begin to pick it up. It will take a few seconds.
Locations:
Level 4:
To make the paella, click on the chicken and then the pepper. It will go into the pan. It is done when it sizzles. It will burn if you wait too long.
Peppers will run out; pick them from the container in the middle of the restaurant to restock. You can have a maximum of six in stock.
Challenge: Write down recipes.
Tip: When the exclamation point appears over the notebook, click on it for Mary to write down her ideas.
Level 5:
Challenge: Unpack and place the decorations
Tip: There are three boxes. Click on the box for Mary to begin unpacking and placing. Do this in between customers until it is complete.
Locations:
Bonus 1:
Challenge: The customers have low patience and are in a hurry.
Tip: Don't wait to make bonuses; serve each customer as quickly as possible.
Level 6:
Lime is now added to the paella, after it cooks in the pan.
If you have unlocked empanadas with jam, note that they can be made with jam and whipped cream, or with just whipped cream.
Today's Challenge: Prepare all the dishes.
Tip: Start on the right hand side and work your way through all dishes.

Bonus 2:
Challenge: Only combos of two or three customers checking out give points.
Tip: You may have to make customers wait and get unhappy.

Pay close attention to paella orders because they can now order it with only clams, with only chicken, or with chicken and clams.

Challenge: Dishes are prepared faster in this level.
Level 8:
Challenge: Don't stand still for longer than 8 seconds in a row. The timer in the upper right hand will show you how long you have been still.
Tip: Send Mary to pick peppers if you have nothing for her to do. You can also click the register to have her move there.
Bonus 4:
Challenge: Give flyers to every customer.
Tip: You can only give them to customers checking out or getting to-go orders. They don't request them, so you'll just have to remember!
Level 9:
Challenge: Keep the disguise on while serving Mary's parents.
Tip: It will fall off over time and you will need to put it back on; it is located on the right hand side. You can put it on before the timer runs out to restart the timer.
Bonus 5:
Challenge: Mary is tired and moves slowly.
Level 10:
Challenge: Keep Phillipe happy.
Tip: Serve him first!
Note: Phillipe is from Emily's True Love!
Sophie's Restaurant
Here are the mouse locations for this restaurant, levels 11-20.
Level 11:
Mary has to clean tables again.
To make the chocolate covered fruit, first pick up the fruit, then click on the chocolate fountain.
Crepes will have to be restocked. Click on the bowl of batter. When it flashes, it is done. You can have a stack of six at a time.
Challenge: Help Sophie cook.
Tip: When the exclamation point appears over her head, click on her.
Bonus 6:
Challenge: Customers keep change their minds after their first order.
Tip: Luckily, there are only two items to choose from, so go ahead and make the first, you'll most likely use it.
Level 12:
Challenge: Throw popcorn at Peter.
Tip: When the exclamation point appears over his head, click on him.
To make macarons, click on it twice. It will go in the oven, which will ding when it is done. Don't wait to long to pick it up, or it will burn.
Level 13:
Challenge: Think of party decorations.
Tip: An exclamation point will appear over different parts of the restaurant. Click on it when it does for Mary to walk over there and think of a decoration.
Bonus 7:
Challenge: Catch 15 mice
Tip: Don't worry if you miss one. They will continue to pop up in random places on the screen until all 15 are caught, or until the end of the level.
Level 14:
Challenge: Use the mezzaluna
Tip: An exclamation point will appear over it when you need to use it.
To make the Bastille Treat, click on each of the three ingredients from left to right.
Level 15:
Challenge: Accept the packages that the delivery man brings.
Bonus 8:
Challenge: Serve the crowds.
Level 16:
Challenge: Serve James his requests.
Smoothies are prepared like coffee was in Carlos' Restaurant.
Level 17:
Challenge: Unpack the boxes.
Locations:
Note that crepes can now be made with three ingredients.
Bonus 9:
Challenge: Food spoils if it stays on your tray for long, and you will loose the level if any spoils.
Tip: If you pick up a food you don't need, click on it to delete it from your tray.
Level 18:
Challenge: Serve James his requests. Click on Peter when the exclamation point appears over his head.
Two colors of macarons are now available, and they may be requested in a mixed pair. To prepare a mixed pair, click on each color from left to right.
Level 19:
Challenge: Serve Sophie's requests.
Tip: Her patience is short, so serve her quickly.
Bonus 10:
Challenge: Meet the goal even though some customers will not pay.
Tip: I didn't have any customers not pay. Glitch in the early version? Anyway, if you do have customers that don't pay, make sure you serve full orders for the bonus, and try to check out two or more customers at a time to get that bonus as well.
Level 20:
Challenge: Fix the window stickers.
Tip: Click on the exclamation points for Mary to fix them.
Luigi's Restaurant
Mouse locations for levels 21-30. I only found nine locations. There may be a tenth that I never saw.
Level 21:
You now have an entertainer. Click on Morey, then on the table you want him to entertain. Customers at that table will gain a heart after he plays.
To make pasta, click on the dry pasta and it will go into the pot. Don't wait too long to click on it or it will burn. Click on it, then on the sauce.
Challenge: Serve Luigi his orders.
Bonus 11:
Challenge: If you bump into the kids, you loose what is on your tray.
Tip: When you bump into them, they will sit for a while. If you can bump into them without anything on your tray, they will still sit and you won't loose anything. Try to bump into them on the way to the dessert.
Level 22:
To make pizza, click first on the pizza, then the olives. It will go into the oven and ding when it is done. Be sure to get it out before it burns.
Challenge: Bring Luigi the four things he requests. Locations marked below.
Level 23:
Wine needs to be restocked. To do this, click on the phone on the side of the wine shelf. It will take several seconds, but the delivery man will appear at the door with the wine.
Tip: You don't have to wait until you are out of wine to make the call.
Challenge: Serve Jennifer and Tony.
Bonus 12:
Challenge: Some table customers will request a second order.
Level 24:
Challenge: Help Luigi. Click on him when the exclamation point appears.
Salad has to be restocked. Restock tomatoes by clicking on the tomato plant; lettuce by calling the delivery man.
Level 25:
Challenge: Clean the cellar.
Seafood will have to be restocked by cooking it on the grill.
Bonus 13:
Challenge: Clean the tables within 8 seconds of the customer leaving. The timer in the upper right hand will show you how long you have.
Tip: 8 seconds is not a lot of time, so pay close attention to your table customers and send Mary as soon as the exclamation point appears.
Level 26:
Challenge: Clean up the four cupcakes
Level 27:
Challenge: fully stock all your products
Tip: You only need to be fully stocked one time, so do it before serving your first customers even if they get mad. Remember, you'll need to stock the seafood as well.
The pasta dish can be ordered without squid now, so pay attention!
Bonus 14:
Challenge: The tray will slowly break, until you only carry one thing at a time.
Level 28:
Challenge: Don't make the same product twice in a row.
Tip: If you get an order of two of the same thing, or have two customers in a row order the same thing, make something in between them. You can always delete it from your tray.
Level 29:
Challenge: Cheer up Jenny.
Tip: When the exclamation point appears over her head, click on her.
Bonus 15:
Challenge: Serve the customers in the order they come in. This can be tricky, so pay attention!
Tip: If a table customer gets mad and leaves, you will loose the level.
Level 30:
Challenge: Serve the special dishes.
Tip: When a customer orders a covered plate, click on Luigi, then serve it to the customer.
Farmer's Market
Mouse locations for levels 31-40. These are the only seven places the mouse has appeared for me. Anyone else had different locations?
Level 31:
Challenge: Chase away the mouse by clicking on it.
Tip: It will cheep every time it pops up--a different sound from the regular mouse.
Eggs need to be restocked. Click on the chicken to do this.
Bonus 16:
Challenge: Don't pick up items that you don't need. If you have to delete an item, you will loose the challenge.
Level 32:
Challenge: Accept packages four times.
When the stove goes out, get wood from the wood pile to relight it.
Level 33:
Challenge: Clear the books from the table and place them on the barrel.
Bonus 17:
Challenge: Only serve complete orders.
Level 34:
Challenge: Pick up the fruit.
Locations:
Cheese can be added to sandwiches now, so pay close attention to your order. It's somewhat hard to distinguish between the two.
Level 35:
Challenge: Bring Quierno what he requests.
Locations:
Bonus 18:
Challenge: Run the market without a table cleaner.
Level 36:
Challenge: Serve the chicken's requests.
Soup may be requested with sausage now.
Level 37:
Challenge: Serve Richard's orders.
Bonus 19:
Challenge: Gather the eggs and don't let more than five break.
Tip: You may have to lower your difficulty setting for this one, so that you don't have as many customers and can keep an eye on the chickens.
Level 38:
Challenge: Talk with Morey when there is an exclamation point over his head. Mary will have to clean tables during this level.
Level 39:
Challenge: Wait 30 seconds before putting wood on the fire
Tip: The timer will show you how long you need to wait.
Bonus 20:
Challenge: You will have to unjam the register every time you use it.
Level 40:
Challenge: Open the boxes and decorate with them.

Challenge: Check the phone when the exclamation point appears.

You'll need to restock the parsley from the planter above the binoculars.
Challenge: bring Steve what he needs.

The sauce will need to be restocked from the pot.
Challenge: Tune the piano when the exclamation point appears.

Challenge: Serve an order that gets both the "quick" and the "full order" bonuses.
Tip: Keep a cake on your tray for quick service.

Challenge: Break the ice in the freezer.
To restock the champagne, click on the champagne bottle.

Challenge: Take photos for Steve by clicking on the exclamation points when they appear.

Challenge: Earn the first star in the first half of the day.

To make the meat, click on it for it to cook, then click on the sauce bottle. It will burn if it cooks too long.

Challenge: Answer Steve's phone and deliver it to him. Be sure and pay attention to him so you can pick it up from him when he is done.

Challenge: Keep the little girl away from the pool. Click on her when the exclamation point appears.

I also cannot achieve 3 stars from levels 54 to 60, with the exception of level 59 under Beginners level. I believe an update just became available.

DeleteI deleted my game, then redownloaded it from the place I bought it, which was Gamehouse. Where ever you purchased it should have the new update.
DeleteLevels 10, 30, and 50 have upgraded items that can't be deleted. How do you complete the level without using these items? Do you let customers leave without serving them?

ReplyDeleteI don't know if there is a glitch, but I do know that they have released three updates. If it's been a bit since you bought it, you might try deleting it and redownloading it. (Will you loose your progress on iPhone?? You don't on PC.)
DeleteI do seem to remember that I missed one of the upgrades and had a hard time finding the last one. Be sure and revisit the last level of each restaurant and double check for upgrades. Wish I could help more!

Deletefor the rooftop restaurant when clicking on the window on the left, there's a "voice melody" but no "secret found".. I couldn't find a secret on that level, nor could I on the last one with the swimming-pool, although I think I clicked everywhere.

ReplyDeleteBritish tea kettle is difficult to achieve. The upgraded items are still available during last levels and customers ask for them. If you ignore the customer it take awhile for them to run out of patience. Therefore, you lose more customers and money
ReplyDeleteNo, you have to go to the menu section before you start the level and downgrade all your menu items to the less fancy version. The customers won't ask for things you haven't selected
DeleteI was able to get all of the trophies except the balsam flowers. All of my items and restaurants are totally upgraded, but I still can't get the trophy. I went back through all the last levels and downgraded the items. I even used the items that couldn't be downgraded like the recipe paper and the white wine. I was still able to get the British Tea Kettle.
ReplyDeleteI didn't upgrade the coffee machine throughout 1st restaurant and used only downgraded menu on level 10 (except the soup and newspaper that can downgrade only 1 item) and succeeded but still couldn't get the reward. What do I need to do? Walkthrough that I checked doesn't help at all.

Other than that, I have no suggestions. I'm in the middle of playing another game right now, but I'll try to replay this one sometime soon.

DeleteI just finished playing this game, and got absolutely all the trophies! When I finished the last 60th level I had to get only 3 trophies, namely: Trophy with rolling pin, British Tea Kettle and Viola Flowers:)

DeleteBy the way, I'm currently going through the 5th part of the main part of the "Delicious" series of games. There was, so to speak, the last "restaurant", and I think I passed the whole game. And plus, I'm also going through the 7th part about Emily's True Love at the same time, there's also the last restaurant left to go through. I've already gone through all the other parts. They are very exciting!
