The score for the story levels is measured in one, two, or three stars, depending on the amount of points you earn. You will win the level as long as you earn one star. The challenge levels have a set amount that must be met, without the option of earning more than one star.
Tip: If you can't reach three stars on a level, you can change the difficulty to a lower setting in the settings menu under the main menu, and retry the level.
Bonuses are earned for chains and combos, and for having a clean location at the end of the level.
Side Objectives:
The levels have a challenge to be completed. Challenges don't have to be completed but add points if you do complete it. Each challenge completed earns a diamond.
Tip: Sometimes you can't both complete a challenge and get three stars in a story level. If this happens, you can play the level twice: once to complete the challenge and once to reach three stars.
Mystery Locations:
These are story scenes with mini games. There are several between main story levels. Most of the games are self-explanatory, but I have included screen shots for some. Be sure to play them, so as to earn the "Detective" achievement.
The Raccoon
The raccoon will appear in every story level. He will make a noise, and will appear for a few seconds. Clicking on him will give you a bonus 100 points. I have included a screen shot of his location for every level.
You will receive the "Hawk Eye!" trophy for finding him on all levels.

Achievements
Most will be earned just by playing through the game, and all are explained on the achievements panel. There are three levels to each achievement.
Carlyle Cafe
Level 1
Side Objective: Serve full orders, three times.
Note: It only counts if the order is of two or more items.
To make coffee, click on the beans, then click on the cup when the meter hand is in the green.
Note: You can have Jenny walk away and do something else while the cup fills, as long as you click on it before the hand is out of the green.
Raccoon location:
Level 2
Side Objective: Clean the three spots in the cafe by clicking on the exclamation point. You can interrupt her by clicking on any item, table, or the register. Just be sure to send her back until the spot is clean.
To make the sandwich, click on the ingredients from left to right.

Mystery Location 1 (Main Street)
Follow the prompts to click.
Level 3
Side Objective: Serve the Sheriff what she requests before the green runs out of her thought bubble.
Sandwiches can now be served with cheese so pay close attention to the order.

Side Objective: Stock the cookies three times. To restock cookies, click on the oven. Click again when the meter hand is in the green.

To play this mini game, click on the button when it is green.
General Store
Level 5
Side Objective: Speech with the Sheriff when the exclamation point appears over her head. Be sure to click on her before the green runs out of the thought bubble.
Restock water from the counter on the lower right, under the telephone.
To make the basket of vegetables, click first on the basket, then on the carrot three times.
Raccoon location:
Level 6
Side Objective: Give Jenny when she requests; be sure to serve her before the green runs out of the thought bubble.
To prepare the clothes, click first on the shirt, then the pants (left to right).
Raccoon location:
Level 7
Side Objective: Fit the customers that request it by clicking on them before the green runs out of the thought bubble.
The dressing room will have to be cleaned after each customer; click on it when the exclamation point appears.
Raccoon location:
Level 8
Side Objective: Measure Jenny by clicking on her when the exclamation point appears. Fiona will still have to measure other customers as well, so be sure and click on them before the green runs out of the thought bubble, then send her back to Jenny.
To make the altered clothes, click on the box behind Fiona's sewing machine, then the white pattern to the right of the sewing machine. Fiona will sew and the shirt will go to the customer without you having to click on her.

Click on the five clues, marked below. Note that the footprints are two separate clues.
Diner
Level 9
Side Objective: Serve pie 8 times.
Pies have to be restocked. To make them, first click on the crust dough, then the apple filling. The pie will go into the oven and begin to bake. The oven will ding when the pie is done. Click on it quickly before it burns.
To make eggs and bacon, click on the cooked egg, then the bacon. To restock the eggs, click on the whole eggs in the basket to the left of the frying pan. The egg will go into the pan and begin to fry. The pan will ding when the egg is done. Click on it quickly so that it won't burn.

Side Objective: Give Fiona the items she needs when she requests them. Locations below.

Side Objective: Serve steak and fries. To prepare it, click first on the steak, then the fries.

To make green tea, first click on the tea kettle, then on the tea leaves.
Raccoon location:
Level 14
Side Objective: Make a new recipe by clicking on the notepad when the exclamation point appears over it. Be sure and click before the green runs out of the thought bubble.
To make hot chocolate, click on the chocolate bar next to the blue machine. It will work like the coffee does. When you click on it to pick it up, then click on the whipped cream next to the machine to finish it.

Side Objective: Make sure the customers don't drop below 4 hearts.

Side Objective: Don't let any customer leave angry because there wasn't a clean table.

Level 17
Side Objective: Serve two or more customers in a chain (one after the other with nothing in between) 6 times.
Kayaks need to be restocked by cleaning them. To clean them, click first on the red bucket in the lower right hand side of the screen. When the meter hand is in the green, click the bucket again, then the sponge. When it is in his inventory, click on the dirty kayak.
Frozen treats need to be restocked from the cooler next to the life vest.

Side Objective: Get 4 cash combos by checking out two or more customers at the same time.

Follow the instructions for the mini games. The boat is originally hidden in the bushes on the right hand bottom screen. Oar locations marked below. Follow the prompts for actions.
Level 19
Side Objective: Cheer up Jenny by clicking on her to refill the meter. If the meter runs out, you loose the challenge. You will need to send Jake to her several times over the course of the level.

To make the copies, click on the book on the upper right landing, next to the copy machine. It will make the copy automatically over a few seconds. Then, click on the book/paper on the copier and carry it to the customer.
Tip: This is the only customer that will order photocopies, and this is the case every time in every level.

Side Objective: Keep Rebecca moving. Don't let her stand still long enough to run out the meter.
Tip: Send her to the table in the alcove or to the cash register to have her movie when needed.
